    Warbonnet BB First real hammock

I wanted to thank Warbonnet for getting my hammock out just in time for my first trip in my hammock. The buidl quility was noticeable and the material was great. I am new to hammock camping so I think I have allot to learn about the set -up still. I experienced a tight line in the fabric that made sleep almost impossible. Im 6-4" 210LBS. The setup with the double bishop bag was really slick and easy and kept my hammock from dragging on the ground. The hammock actually fits back into the bag easily without a lot of effort. I hope that once I get the angles, the lay, the sag ect, ect correct I will have a great night comfortable sleep. Thanks warbonnet for the great customer service and quality product.

    Warbonnet BB First real hammock

Just keep playing with that suspension.. Ive felt the same calf pressure before, not comfy! Pay attention to how loose or tight the ridgeline is, if i don't get mine just right that pressure is very present.

Just keep at it and you won't regret it
I haven't had a bd night yet in mine though it has gotten more comfortable as I use it
The last time I slept in it was after a 12 mile hike. Best night sleep ever!!!!!

I've only got 3 nights in a WBBB but so far what I have figured out is that, if you are sitting in it, it should be comfortable, not banded and tight under the leg. Make sure there is some flex in the ridgeline and for sure the foot end should be higher than the head end.

Like was said, make some small adjustments, get in and out a few times and you'll dial it in.

Those all seem to be the consensus. I find that the ridgeline does a great job of telling me if I have it hung correctly. If it's tight then I need to loosen up a strap to get the hangle right, too loose and I need to tighten up. Foot end, for me, needs to be quite a bit higher than head end (more than 6" above).

Also, make sure you move around and experiment where you keep your body. Move a little bit up or down, side to side, move where your butt is from side to side. It's amazing what little changes can make in how it feels. Also... practice (and sleep), practice (and sleep), practice (and zzzzzzzzzz...)
