    Kammok Roo

I'm totally new to this, but extremely interested in getting a Hammock. Been eyeballing the Kammok Roo with the Python Straps.
Does anyone have 1st hand experience with this setup?

    Welcome to the forum!
I have a roo and like it. The hammock material is nice. I don't however have experience with the python straps. It should work fine for you though. I chose to make my own suspension which is whoopies/ tree strap with a marlin spike hitch set up.

Its a comfy hammock to lay in and I like that they give back to the world!

Welcome!! sorry no experience here with either the hammock or python straps, but if you do get them let us know what you think!
It's not the boulders that throw us off balance, it's the pebbles beneath our feet

The Roo is a big hammock and the material feels very nice against the skin.

The python straps are good, but are heavy and lack the adjustibility of whoopie slings or adjustable webbing suspension.

Professor Hammock has an very nice review on YouTube.

I did change the suspension to whoopies and cut off the stuff sack as suggested in the video.

The only change I would like to see is a single panel hammock offered.

I do not like the extra material on the sides.

Captain Berz also has a video showing the setup.
