    Though you've got me questioning, was the trip supposed to be minimalist or was the report supposed to be minimalist?

    Thanks, all.

    Both the trip and the trip report were minimal. Had a few hours to kill and keep that small pack in the car for such times. The spot I hammocked at is located right on the Kancamagus Highway, with parking area.

    Small pack is REI 18L pack - contains a poncho liner, Eno Doublenest, whoopies hooks, tree straps, and a paperback. Pipe and tobacco not shown.

    Have hammock, will travel.
