Yeah, now that I have some arthritis in my sholders I need to get weight off them. And having lost 15 pounds (and the beer belly) the LL belt should now fit much more comfortably. With any luck I'll be set for my 70/7/70 (70 miles / 7 days / 70th birthday) BP in April on the AT in Va.
