Got my wbbb and superfly today.

I bought a wbbb 1.7 dl with strap suspension and superfly for $200 shipped off another forum, don't tell anybody I go to other forums. Mailman dropped it off at 10:00am and I had it set up in the yard by 10:20. I have to say that I am wholly pleased with everything about this hammock so far. I was thinking that I would swap out the suspension but after setting it up I think I may be hooked. Since it has been up I have tried several co figurations and I think I found my sweet spot. I gotta say Brandon, you make one hell of a hammock.

The tarp is still in its stuff sack as it is currently blowing 20-30 mph out here and don't want to mess it up. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1368312225.871315.jpg

Jarbidge original, DIY down top quilt and rei brand inflatable sit pad. Even with no tarp and 20+ mph I was very warm. Love it. Now need time to get out in the woods to use it.

Got my wbbb and superfly today.

I definitely don't recommend it, but my superfly survived 50+ wind gusts in a storm we got caught in while on an overnight kayak float. I had to get out 3 or 4 times to restake the pullouts tho, eventually pulled a log over the stake to keep it down.
Superflys are built like a brick house, congrats on your new home in the woods!

Definetly a step up from my expedition. I enjoyed the expedition and used it often but always felt a little cramped. I had been looking for a new tarp as the stock tarp did the job but was tough to get just right. If the deal wasn't as good I probably wouldn't have pulled the trigger. Just could not pass up a deal like that. I took the tarp outside this morning and realized there are no tie outs attached. The seller told me it was unused but I never even thought that it might not have lines attached. Now I need a spool of dyneema.

Tarps don't usually come with lines. Time for some Zing-it!

First I had to explain to my wife why I bought another hammock.

It was like christmas came early!! I was watching the tracking # and thought I wouldn't get it until Monday. I am planning on sleeping in the yard tomorrow night, I made a set of temporary guy lines today out of braided masons line. I gotta say I love the corner tie outs of the Superfly with the little rings it is a very cool.
