Fixen to buy my first underquilt!

Hey all, I am fixen to buy my first underquilt, but I have a question. I hang in the Colorado Rockies, from the middle of May to the middle/end of September. I will be getting Stormcrow's Incubator 20 or 40. I don't want to end up getting cold by getting the wrong one.

If I get the Incubator 20, would that be too much for summer in the Rockies?

I would go with the 20 degree, if you get too warm you can always vent to cool off.

My experience visiting and camping in the RMNP backcountry says 20 degree quilt, no doubt.

I'd go with 20* as well. Gives you more options for earlier or later in the year trips as well.
