    I have used the plain weave nylon from DIYgearsupply and like it, though I'm not in your weight range to give an accurate testimony. Scott also sells the tablecloth blanks pre-hemmed if you wanted to look at something like that to save time and/or aggravation. I personally would think the plain weave would have less stretch than the taffeta. Here is the page with those options:

    Wouldn't a polyester hammock have the least stretch?

    According to "how-to" here, it'd take 300 yards of cord. So for a 1,000 ft. roll of zing it at $127, and oodles of hours of weaving, you'd be in business.

    Probably get banana butt from all the yellow.?!

    Check out the BIAS Camper XL.
    It's 1.9 and rated for 300 but you can get a double layer so you should be good..

    get ya some polyester from here. Polyester has very little stretch, if any.
    It's quite heavy though.
