When I first started out, I got 3 really nice ones off Ebay. Check out Craigslist, your locals, and the for sale area here on the forums. There are just so many uses for these (if you don't do the sew PLUQ version) that most of us hang on to ours.

Well I posted a want to buy because I'm on the road working, staying in a hotel and don't have resources to diy
If you are near an Army Base, look for US Cav store, I picked up a Poncho Liner in ACU for $20. There are instructions for no-sew version on forums here.
