I just got my Hammocks back from 2QZQ, and I cannot express in words my happiness in the quality of the work done,and the fantastic communication I recieved from Donna. There was hiccup in the postal system (go figure). After not getting my package 3 days after I thought I would have, I sent them an email to confirm the day it was shipped, and to maybe get some tracking numbers. I had a returned email, and a Phone call within 20 minutes.It was an error on the postal systems part. Between that time and the arrival of my hammocks I also had 3 text messages, and 3 emails letting me know where the package was, and when I could expect it. That is some serious commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
