This isn't a "slam" thread. I just want to know if any one has recently placed and order for a rectangular Cat cut tarp and received it shipped in the 24 to 48 hours per the web site.
In other words, is Brian still in business?

I'd say probably not. If you can e-mail him and get a quick response, then maybe, otherwise I personally would not chance it. There have been too many complaints lately. The gear was always at the very top quality wise, but the communicating part has been a mess for a long time. Very hit or miss.Originally Posted by [email protected]

YMMV

From what forum profile shows that Brian's Last Activity: 04-29-2013 06:49
If Brian had no activity whole month, it will go rather miss than hit.

I'd email him from the OES site. That's wait I would do. I was thinking about ordering another maccat from him later this year.
Activity here is really no indicator...

I didn't want this to become a "what I've done ..." post but to stop further, "Try this ..." suggestions, please understand that I have called, I have emailed, I have posted messages on his web form, and finally had to take additional action on a 60 day old charge. So I'm not asking how to contact him - I've tried all the avenues - I'm asking if anyone on the forum can verify that he is still in business. I'm only want to place and order but the last one was just ignored.
Why bother with the plethora of awesome vendors who you'll have no issues with?

Well, I think the logical conclusion of most recent posts in this thread, and in many other threads before it is that, for all practical purposes, he is not in business. Or if he is, he might just as well not be. If a person can not be contacted by multiple people over a long time, my feeling is they are not in business as far as I'm concerned. In fact, seems to me your own experiences should tell you all you need to know.
My thoughts for quite a while now.
