I'm assuming I got things closer to "right" since I started watching TV and snored myself awake at 2:30am! Basement stays a constant 65, and my back was plenty warm.

Now I just need to find something convenient to carry to put under my knees to keep from flaring sciatic nerve woke up with a numb foot, but that's not a suspension issue.
I had problems with knee hyperextension in my previous hammock. I found that either lying in a figure-4 position (with one ankle/calf under the other knee) or using a spare piece of clothing in a stuff sack works there. I didn't need much in the way of support, but preferred the figure-4 as the sack would occasionally squirt out from under my knee. Finding it was fun when I was half-awake, but I always knew where my other foot was!

Yeah, that's kind of how I was positioned when I fell asleep - back has just been a little irritated from sitting in a bad position watching my wife play soccer last weekend, so just having that leg out straight was enough. I've got a small stuff sack on the way to keep my PLUQ in, that should be perfect for stuffing some clothes in to make a knee support

    PLUQ - suspension discomfort?

My Arrowhead Equipment Triangle Thingies showed up today along with some stuff sacks from titanium goat...

Laying in the hammock right now with the triangle thingies installed and the UQ suspension is perfectly positioned away from my head! Loving it. Thanks for the suggestion!
