    Whoopies on my HH

Ok so thanks to Bush I am the proud owner of a whoopee sling suspension system. I am getting ready to swap my stock HH suspension with the whoopies and was just wondering how hard it would be if I had to put my old suspension back on for whatever reason. I have seen the Youtube videos on how to put the whoopies on a HH but nothing about how to put the stock suspension back on.

Also I am using the HH Ultralight. I am assuming swapping the suspensions in the videos on youtube pertain to all HH? Thanks for the help!

I just put whoopies on my HH Deep Jungle XL. Once I'd removed the end covers, it looked nothing at all like all the other videos I've seen here on Henneseys. Instead of the 2 holes through the melted fabric, everything's sewn together with 2 stitch squares with X's across them. Out of the end is a webbing loop, and the ridgeline loop is nowhere to be seen at all. I don't know if this is the way they're doing all the henneseys now, or just the Deep Jungle (double layer).
A lotta ins... lotta outs... lotta what-have-you's

Seems it's their new way of constructing the hammocks. Same setup on my Expedition.

So I am curious now how you attached the sling. Did you just larkshead it to the Loop?
If so, that makes it real simple to change out suspensions.

    That's how I attached mine.

All my apprehension about tying the knot correctly went straight out the window as soon as I took off the cover.

with the new style do we still need the longer continuous loop or can we use the shorter loop?

From what I understand the difference for the whoopie is for the tarp attachments, so the extra length would still be needed if you hang the tarp off them.

Ah ok I thought you could potentially use the shorter loop since you could larks head it on instead of having all the extra wraps
