I didn't see a forum on cookware so I posted this in General.
1. What are your thoughts about the perceived health risks associated with the different cookware types: aluminum, teflon, etc. Is it a myth? I know it's heavier, but is stainless the best? Does anyone have any experience with the Evernew aluminum pots that are coated with the ceramic?
2. What is the best cookware (pot) for use with a backpacking stove? Does the soot clean from one type of material better than others?
