I will be purchasing the WB Mamajamba and it says it comes with no guylines. I would like to buy guylines and some sort of line tensioner but am having a hard time finding stuff that will work. Any help would be appreciated.

Honestly, if you can tie a few simple knots (fisherman & bowline) you can just get some shock cord and zing/lash it (or reflective cord & mason line) and make your own.
Make loops out of shockcord (fisherman knot)
Make loops out of zing/lash it or mason line to use as prusik (fishermans knot)
Make loop on the end of the guy line (bowline knot).
Larks head shockcord loop to pullout, put the prusik on the guy line, larks head the prusik to the shockcord. Fully adjustable, easy to attach to stakes or branches.
Zing/lash it gives you the option of splicing the loops if you want, but functionally you don't gain anything.
If you insist on buying them, I think whoopieslings.com sells what you're looking for.
I am used to what the ENO Pro Fly had and would like something like that. I don't want to deal with all the knots and trying to teach my wife how to tie knots is impossible. I would wind up setting up both hammocks myself. Whoopieslings.com does not have what I need.
I would post an image but for some reason it won't let me.
I show a no-knot knot in these videos. It is the timberline hitch.
Maybe this will help.

I use Zing It as guy lines and mine and have not had the need to for tensioners.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
I use these and easy to make.....https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/...ead.php?t=3731

About halfway down is Basic Tarp Setup that covers Brandon's method.
There are many ways to set up a tarp, all work well.
Several options if you want to purchase ready to go lines:

FYI the knots are tied once at home, your wife doesn't need to do anything really.
This is what the prusik looks like on the guyline: http://www.animatedknots.com/photos/prusik/prusikR8.jpg
The loop w/ the knot is larks headed to the shockcord loop, which is then larks headed to your tarp tie out. You never need to remove them or tie a knot again after that. Loop at the end of the guy line goes on the stake.
The setup is similar to the DIY link Shug posted, but without the cord in the middle of the line (I find the lines tangle much less this way). You can lengthen or shorten the guy lines at the tarp by sliding the guy line through the prusik knot.
I thought it was WS.com that sold them but it's the Jacks that has the fancy ones - http://www.jacksrbetter.com/shop/self-tensioning-lines/
