Had a little extra cord. So I made an extra set. The leash is 4ft with fixed eye Brummel on both ends. hand loop on one end. for the carabiners you got enough room to tie of to tree during a break and a hands free option to hook to pack belt. the tie-out is fixed eye Brummel on one end and a adjustable end at the other end from 5ft on out to 7ft.

From what I could search out, the leash is for hanging your pack? Is the tie out for the same purpose but adjustable? Just trying to learn here. Thanks!
