I haven't had time to make my structural ridge line and I wanted to try out my DIY hammock so I got a little creative. I went over to my neighborhood home depot and got some of that free white line they use to tie loads down when you buy lumber or something big. I tied an overhand loop on each end. Simple and free. Worked fine for a one time use. I don't think the breaking strength on that white line is that high, but like I said it worked in a pinch. Oh forgot to mention... I weigh about 240 lbs.
