    Thank you to all. Another reason to go to Harbor Freight...excellent! $5.00 ceramic knife probably means I will walk out with an additional bunch of goodies I can't live without.

    I cut a few thousand feet a month with Xacto blades. Cheap, easy to sharpen, easy to replace and when sharp cut easier than butter. The key to an easy cut is sharp blade, push down then draw the blade through. If you need to saw or get an uneven cut then your not using a sharp enough blade.

    A cheap Mora knife I got off the internet a while back. Its easy to keep sharp and slices through amsteel with ease
