I just got a tadpole yesterday. First thing I noticed is the Silnylon is a heavier weight than what Warbonnet uses. Same quality I would say, beefier silnylon though. I like it.
Both are great quality.
I personally sold my SF and replaced it with an OldMan Winter.
I liked it so much I bought a TadPole also.
I'm spoiled now, my next tarp (this summer) will be a WL Big Daddy.
Unless his soon to be announced "new tarp" is better, and I'll bet it will be.

Wilderness Logics is Awesome. I've got a couple videos about my tadpoles. Marty has some of the best customer service in the business and shipping time is remarkably fast. I like my superfly, but I always carry my tadpole.

Man I have/had just about every tarp made and the WL tadpole is the one that's always in my pack.
The quality is excellent on both WBs and WLs so you can't go wrong with either company.
WL tarps have a very, very good reputation around this forum. If you buy a tadpole, you'll be a very happy camper. If you get an edge or superfly from Warbonnet, you'll be a very happy camper.

I ordered a big daddy. It's funny because I bought a blackbird xlc off here last week, and a tarp from WL last Friday because I got sick of waiting for my order from warbonnet.. The xlc got delivered yesterday and the tarp today.

I do like the feel of the tadpole.. Perfect size as well.. I like the lighter brother camo version too..
