I know this isn't the place for tent sales but someone out there may be interested. I bought this tent earlier this year as an option for the whole family. It has been used 2 nights and is pristine condition. We just haven't been using it enough and other financial obligations are calling. It comes with the footprint. I think that $265.00 shipped CONUS is a fair price.
