Fourth of July 2012, Manistee river

My son-in-law just completed a video of our July 4 trip. I am using it on my FB and web page to give an idea of what a river trip is like. Note the WBBB. He did a great job. Thought you all might enjoy it. Can't wait to get back out there in a few days.

Not sure how to embed video so here is the link:

    Awesome)))))....yes I typed awesome.
Loved the filming. Like to know what camera he used.
Even though there were pretty girls in the film it was the bubbling cherry cobbler in a dutch oven that stole my heart and breath.

Well Shug, given those pretty girls were my wife and daughter I am glad it was the cherry cobbler that caught your fancy. I will ask about the camera, I don't have a clue. We do eat well on those trips. Will be back there in two weeks and I can't wait. I need some river time.

The musician is one of my all time favorites. John Hiatt. I listened to him when my heart was broken and when I was at my peak and everything in between. His music is fun, lyrics meaningful. This tune in particular is one of my favorites.

Haaaaa.......to cool. Also loved the shot of the marshmallow roasting on the fire. Beautiful family....and you too.
John Hiatt is so under-rated! Loved the touch of mandolin in the song as well.
