    Suspension tips

Any tips on using the hg suspension? I was out on a trip and was having trouble keeping the cord up above the footbox. While in the field I took a bit of amsteel and rigged something like a triangle thingy, but was hoping people had tips for setting up the suspension without doing this.

    Thanks in advance.

No tips but dutchwaregear.com sells a variety of quilt hooks that may solve your problem. The ridgeline quilt hook, for example.
