Thumbs up ViDEO: Snowbank Lake Loop PART 3 BWCA

A head-scratching long days walk on to the Parent Lake campsite. Twisty trail through burns that can be a bit tricky to follow at times. Glad I had a good map. I don't own a GPS...would have been good to have one but using map and compass and reckoning makes for an exciting day))))) Trail is filled with rocks that come up at all angles so paying attention to your step is paramount. Just ask Wandern'Fool.
    Thankee for following out adventure.

The lake after it stopped raining is my favorite part of the BWCA water like glass and so peaceful. Thank you for the video Shug I can not wait for my BWCA canoe trip end of next month. I even got all my gear layed out and made a new list since watching your vids.
    Thanks

It was the best shot of the trip I think. I stared until my eyes hurt.

thanks for taking us along on your hike. You just keep adding places that I want to visit.

Maybe one day I can get up there for a group hang/hike

I have got some new gear jetboil, wbbb and superfly, alite chair, new rain gear and hiking gear. I am trying out a few new combinations of gear and I make a list for each configuration so if it works out well I know exactly what I brought. My wife thinks that this is hilarious because I am about the least organized person with everthing else. For some reason my adhd and camping get along good together.

I know. I need to get out again for a short pop as I get real busy soon work-wise.
