Got an 80"x48"x.25" piece of foam... what would you do?

My wife stopped by the Foam Factory today to get some foam for making a protective telescope case - and picked me up a piece to use for a hammock pad.
I gave her an idea of what I wanted, and she picked out a pad that is 1/4" thick neoprene and it is HUGE 48"x80" but still very light.

I'm just curious what you guys would do with a huge piece of foam like this - I like that it is really wide so it will keep my shoulders warm... but I figure it should probably end up getting tapered down, and it should probably be shortened (I'm 6'1"),
    I'm open to any thoughts.

Two at 40 x 48. Carry one or both depending on temps. You can stagger them in the hammock. Gives you double thick under your torso and single layer towards the ends.

I would cut it down into two pads and spare bits. You want coverage at least shoulder to knees and wide enough to roll up past your shoulders. Start big and pare it down as it seems to need it.
    YMMV

I started with a chunk nearly that big and kept cutting and cutting. Big solid pieces bunch up terribly. Small pieces move around. So, I split the difference and normally end up carrying 2 pieces 20" x 30" each. I can double them up under me or have them in a "T" shape so one is under my bottom and the other wraps up and around my shoulders. I've been meaning to attach some velcro or something to keep them together but so far they stay put OK in my Hennessy.

    Good Luck

    Thanks for the ideas.

I just found where my wife hid the foam, so I'll have to so some playing around this weekend.
