    Strap length in yosemite

I have a backpacking trip in yosemite coming up in a couple weeks and I'm beginning to doubt the length of my tree straps.

Currently, I'm hanging my bb with whoopies and some straps converted from ratchet straps that are close to 9ft long. But im thinking of bringing the webbing from the stock suspension instead.

I like the whoopies, but haven't made up my mind between them and the stock adjustable webbing from WB. So I have two questions:

First, if I stick with whoopies, would the length of the WB straps be overkill in terms of length?

Second, if I switch back to the stock adjustable webbing suspension, are the straps long enough?

I'm planning on taking a couple amsteel dogbones as backup, but I'd appreciate any insight I could get from anyone who has hung there already.

    Thanks

I take my 15' webbing straps when I'm out west, JIC. I have whoopies in addition to that. I'd rather have two heavier straps in my pack than go to ground.
I remembered not having too much trouble finding skinnier pines and oaks in Yosemite, but the space between those smaller trees was a gamble.
I have WB stock webbing from my Traveler, but can't recall how long they are...
