Home is in Florida. My cousin and I are going to take a six month long motorcycle trip starting next March. Mainly out west and up into Alaska. Pulling small trailers with large tents and some creature comforts to be used as base camps. Thinking we may want a small tent for quick place to sleep at times on the road. We are doing a three week trip this fall to Northeast to check equipment. I have decided to also try a hammock as an alternative to the small tent. So ordered a Clark Flex-180 today and will be building a light weight collapsable stand for the times when trees may be lacking. Anyway this is a great site and has already given me a lot of help with what to and not to do. Looking forward to giving hanging a try.
