Waiting for a rain storm to move in.

Just west of Nashville. Rain coming. Not sure if being able to check the radar on an iPhone is a good thing or bad thing. I've camped plenty but somehow never been through any really hard rains. Even when most of my camping is in south Louisiana.

Get to check out on third night sleeping in it the weather handling ability.

You get lucky missing the storms down here, I caught a good one three weeks ago. was warm and dry in my tent, though one corner soaked through. After my hammock is delivered I hopefully won't have to worry bout wet corners.

Man, last time I was out and had a storm coming in I went around and dropped the tarp down fairly tight. This left me with little ventalation on a hot, muggy night. When those storm winds finally came in it took a while for one to find it's way down the hollow to me but it was a welcome thing. The rain started hitting, the wind went fairly steady under my hammock and I was out like a light. Woke up when it was over. Ahhhhh.

Nothing better then that storm front wind hitting ya after a really hot day. Like walking into the cooler from a blast furnace.
