Texas Hang ver 1.0 - Operation Lake Stubblefield

Operation Lake Stubblefield March 6th-7th, 2009
    Codename: Jetboil
Field operators: UncleMJM & son Chris, Counselor, Alan

A resounding success for Texas Hang 1.0 - Operation Lake Stubblefield!
It was a pleasure meeting everyone. We couldn't have asked for better weather, a better camping spot, or better fellowship!

Counselor putting the finishing touches on his BB + MacCat setup

UncleMJM's HH + Hex fly setup

Alan's BB + Funky Forest fly setup

    Chris' awesome GoLite shelter setup

    Group shots

Soon after these shots were taken and the sun went down, the UQs came out and were attached!

We stayed up fairly late and kept the fire burning for you through the night, just in case you rolled in.

Much appreciated. I'm sorry I missed you guys. I'm up in Marshall, TX right now and this job is projected to go through till the end of next week. It should have been finished a week ago, but the best laid plans of mice and men....

Did you guys get any video of the setups?

How's your wife Alan? Is she feeling any better?

She's a little better today, but still cramping. With the help of some meds, she's been able to keep down some food the past 2 days...so that's encouraging. She gets full quickly, though. Thanks for asking.

Counselor and UncleMJM should be posting their pictures soon.

I'm looking forward to what Counselor has to show. Most of my shots are the same as Alan's and no need to be overly redundant.
