Neah, only the cooks are Mexican but I guess that is every resturant that I've seen.

I don't know about that. Down here the cooks, waiters, busboys, all are Mexican. ...And don't speak much English!

What you got against guacamole man? It's yummy stuff! Chances are if you don't like it, that you haven't had any that was really good. I'll make ya some at a hangout sometime, I have a great recipe for it.

I'll remember that, Tim. I won't be able to bring any to Hot Springs with me in June since I'll be hiking into town off the AT. I could make some there, it's easy stuff. Or maybe I'll save it for September. We'll see.
