I am new here i live in Cyprus currently dealing with 40+ degrees 100% humidity and practically live in my hammock, i made myself a home made top however not much of a sun reflector, do you guys have any tips

See if you can find a white or silver tarp. A double layer cover with several inches space between them will work wonders, natural convection will move air between the layers. Outside of that, pray for rain.
