    Does this make sense?

So, the WBBB 1.1 DL is on the way and I am wondering what to do for insulation.

Out of the gate I already own a JRB Hudson River that I was using on the ground. It's nice that is can now be used as a UQ.

    SO... here is my dilema.

    1) Purchase a JRB Shenandoah so I have some options. Use the Hudson in colder weather with the Shenandoah as a top quilt. Then when it gets warmer use the Shenandoah as an UQ with a liner and my clothes for top or also get a 40 degree Phoenix down the road and use Shenandoah as top quilt.

    or

    2) Purchase a 20 degree Hammock Gear UQ and use my Hudson River as the Top Quilt. Then just vent my top quilt as needed in warmer weather.

I live in Asheville NC as a point of reference for weather.

I know the Jacks R Better system above gives me more options, but wondering if the quality of the Hammock Gear UQ is just worth going that direction.

I can't speak for the weather you'll be experiencing since I live on the west coast, however, you can never go wrong with anything from Hammock Gear. My $0.02 FWIW.
