I have decided to sell my unused Alps Mountaineering Cascade 5200.
I bought this pack 2-3 years ago for scouting with my sons and never had the opportunity to use it. It is in like-new condition. The tags have been removed and it has been worn only around the house. It has never been outdoors. There is no visible wear and tear, abraided areas or damaged hardware.
This is NOT UL (5lbs) but will hold a ton. It is listed at 5200 Cubic inches or 85 Liters . I borrowed one of these prior to my purchase and was impressed at how comfortably it carried a big "scout" load - think group gear.
It has all the bells and whistles - Fully adjustable suspension, top load, divided main compartment for sleeping bag, 3 large external pockets plus 2 mesh side pockets, extension collar, detachable top lid that acts as a fanny pack, way too many lashing points/straps, heavy duty fabric and straps, hydration bladder compatable, and includes a rain cover.
Take a look at the manufactures page and the REI site, check out the reviews as well.

I believe my pack is the version just prior to the above models. The only changes I can see are more blue fabric panels and some differences to the front pocket, The specs are the same but there may be more differences.
I realize this might not be the best place to sell a pack of this type, but if you are carrying a lot of family gear or are involved with scouting, this may be just the pack for you.
These are listed at over $120
Asking $80 shipped CONUS
