I got a Hennessey ULB for $99 a year or so ago. It was one like the one headchange posted about discolored net. Tom called it an irregular. I have never noticed any discoloration but I am happy to have gotten it for that price.

Hey if any one gets a purple ULB please post pictures of that. I just have to see a purple Hennessey w/yellow trim and a blue rain fly

That that would be some discoloration I would want to see. Maybe a throw back model from the 70's.

How about a tie-dye version? Throwback to the 60's?

Sounds like maybe I need to come up with a funny hammock to use at non-hiking campouts.

I should come up with a neon pink tarp for my orange hammock, and call it the throw back from the early 90s.

If you do that you have to work in parashoot pants somehow.

I see the makings of a TD competition (or at least an online HF ones) or who can make the strangest hammock.

Whoa, guys....we have to maintain some semblance of manhood, here - we already admit that we sew! Plus, we're trying to attract people to our hammocks, not tropical birds!

    Hmm good point.

How about the MAN hammock. Prefect for anyone's man space. Complete with all leather cow interier. Outside painted in a nice camo print. The tarp is painted with a giant pic of a 4x4. The whole setup topped off with a gun rack to store your "gear" on.

Don't forget the DVD player, automatic newspaper dispenser, built-in toilet, and stainless steel suspension cables!

That's what we should do...get Tim Allen to 'pimp a hammock'

Maybe instead of MTV, they'll syndicate it on the Outdoor Life Channell. BD
