    Superfly doors

I purchased a superfly tarp and set it up for the first time the other night. When it came to closing the doors though I just couldn't find an easy solution. Anyone have any pictures showing your door setup? My doors are not the detachable ones. I would like to avoid using stakes. I have four dutch door clips, zing it, and the bungee style cord.

No pics, but I use a 2' ish piece of light shock cord for the doors. I tie.each door to the opposite tie out. Makes for easy entrance and exit.

    I don't recall, but I think it was Shug's idea. . .

I have an s biner on a loop of shock cord on each door. Then I just clip it to the opposite corner triangle of the tie out. I also have a little slack there so that I can clip each s biner to the one on the opposite end door to have summer open mode.

Micro biners are great for the doors or at least one door, makes it very easy to just clip/unclip for entry/exit

+1 same here. I do this also, using 4' pieces of shock cord with cord locks and mitten hooks. Here is a pic from the inside to go with Bubba's pic.

Today I went out and tried a similar setup and was not satisfied with it in the wind. It was gusting up to 25mph frequently which caused the doors to push in. Have you guys had any trouble with the shock cord setup in high winds?

Nope but I adjust the cord locks in tighter if it is windy.
