    Our Cottage Vendors

===> Just a note to express how amazing our dedicated "Cottage Vendors" are!

Just received an email from Warbonnet adjusting the shipping on two orders I just placed. This is NOT unusual from our vendors here! Aside from absolute obsession over quality, the customer service provided from all of them renews hope for manufacturing in America!

I have had nothing but positive interactions from all the vendors I have dealt with and ordered from so far - from Brandon at Warbonnet, to Paul at AHE, Donna and Tim at 2QZQ, Hammock Gear, Lawson Kline, Tree to Tree, Dutch, Tom Hennessy, FourDog, and others.

They have ALL provided exceptional products, personal connections, and great communications! They are also hangers, and aside from their businesses, are fellow campers, who live to chat about anything hammock camping, regardless of what they make.

These are real people who care, and we are lucky to have them all!

Customer service is what sets a business apart from others and can really make a business skyrocket.Look at LL bean and REI. Return something anytime. Now I do not expect Brandon (WB) to take something back just because I dont like it but I have no doubt that if there is a defect it will be addressed. And the 60 day trial period is nothing to sneeze at. A small business with bad customer service is doomed.

===> And others, as well ( The Jacks, for example!) I just wanted to reinforce how lucky we are to have them all. We can not take any for granted, or that they will be there, nor the quality and level of service they all provide! We are blessed with this relatively small group of individuals dedicated to our hobby, with their craft!

====> Hmmm. "Vendor Tipping" contest at the next MAHHA? I'll bring (sereptitiously, of course!) the Small Batch Bourbon to get 'em loosened-up!

Picture milk coming out of my nose - I laughed so hard when I read this...Took me 10 minutes to clean up the mess.
I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."
