    Noob question: tarps with doors

I'm in the need of a tarp for my set up and have narrowed it down to either the Tadpole or the superfly. I like the price of the tadpole a bit better, but I was wondering if it would be worth it to save up and get the superfly?

I haven't really thought too much about what conditions I'll be hanging in as I relatively new and am trying to move on from car camping. Currently I do a decent amount of camping in the spring/summer, but my job also has a good amount of downtime in the winter (not sure how I feel about winter hanging though). I do live in the Northeast and have family in the Midwest, both places where the weather can change at the drop of a hat. Any advice would be appreciated.

Go with the Tadpole then save up to buy some Grizz beaks from 2QZQ. Then you have the option of only carrying the doors when you need them.

I've had the tadpole, big daddy, and old man winter tarps. The doors, in my opinion aren't needed unless you're doing cold weather camping. I spent last night in a bad storm under my big daddy with no doors and stayed completely dry.

To confuse your life, I have the Big Daddy, but added half doors to it. Had the Griz Beaks, but found them to be more than I needed. With the tarp slung low and tight, it works to handle wind driven rain. I also do not winter camp.
