    You contact OES.

A great solution, minus the fact he is rumored to not respond.

After posting this last night I e-mailed Brian and had a reply this morning.
My tarp will arrive this Friday. If you are reading this and trying to decide to buy from him based on prior readings of negative experience, go ahead a order. This was a flawless transaction and i've read the tarps' quality is superior!!

Just ordered a tarp/ just read this thread

I have many tarps but find myself consistently taking my 10x12 OES tarp that I've had for almost 5 years. It's so bombproof that I just feel more secure when forecast is for foul weather.Great tarp

Just wanted to offer my accolades to a great transaction with OES. I have purchased two tarps at different times and had no problem what so ever.

    ...and the tarps are awesome!

I ordered 2 tarps from him and despite multiple emails regarding the status of my order, I never received a response. I ended up cancelling the order through my credit card company. Even then, never a response...

I ordered a MacCat Deluxe in Olive Green on Friday, October 25. I asked for him to seam-seal the tarp for me.

I received the package, via USPS Priority Mail, on Saturday, November 9th.

    Total wait time: 16 days.

Not bad considering I special ordered a color and added seam sealing.

    And it is fantastic.

I'll just share that this summer I ordered a MacCat Standard, seam sealed, which came in about a week. The tarp is great and I have no complaints, however at the same time, I ordered 50 feet of cordage on the same order and instead, was sent the guyline kit. I tried to email Brian several times to rectify my order, but received no reply. I filed a claim with VISA and they refunded my money for the cordage.

This being said, I did order another winter tarp this weekend from Brian as his tarps are nicely made. Communication skills, it appears, are not his forté.

Well it looks like from another thread that he's back at it full time, hopefully you'll get your tarp soon.

All tarps ordered through this evening, including the onslaught from the weekend are all shipped as of this evening! EQ, yours shipped out yesterday and should be arriving any day now.
