I use 1/4" poly rope for mine and I just stuff the works into the sack. It does get tangled sometimes, but I figure the time I spend untangling is probably less than I would spend coiling or stuffing the rope into a sewn on pocket. I like to tie the pull outs in an upwards direction (as opposed to staking them down), so I tend to use spots about chest high on trees for my tie of points. You'll love your Superfly, but bring lots of stakes.

One more thing to take into consideration with pullouts is maybe not using as much shock cord. I rigged my single pull out on my MacCat Deluxe with a long piece of shock cord, a la Shug's videos. I got into a windstorm so severe that the tarp was bowed into my hammock almost the entire night. I had to get out and use a spare piece of regular cord. A fixed line cord eliminates this, but puts a ton of tension on the pull out.

I have a 5 or 6 foot length of shock cord tied to one pull out with the other end of the shockcord tied to the other pull out. I then have a continuous loop of Zing-it larksheaded in the middle of the shockcord. The continuous loop is then prusiked onto and 8 foot length of Zing-it. For a visual, what's created is a "Y". For use with a trekking pole I put the handle of the pole through the continuous loop that is at the centre of the "Y" and then stake down the line and the bottom of the "Y". Using the pole just helps pull the tarp out parallel to the ground and provides more interior space rather than out and down. The larkshead of the continuous loop can be slid along the shockcord but will still hold under tension. Being able to slide it is handy if I tie off to a nearby tree that is not in the middle of the tarp. I just slide it over to create an offset "Y" so the tension going from each pull out will be equal.

I have small loops of heavy shockcord knotted around my Superfly side-pull loops. I keep a couple of 12' pieces of Lash-it rigged with mitten hooks on each end and a 6' piece of Lash-it looped onto the middle stored in my stake bag (think of a big "T" with the top being 12' and the upright being 6'). To use the pull-outs, I just clip on my rigging.

    Take it easy,
