why is it when im up loading photos to the form they tend to load sideways?
as in the picture it self as turned on its side?

Not sure what you're doing, but I can tell you that I upload all mine to my PhotoBucket account, then paste the image URL into my posts here.

That may be the way they are saved in your gallery, but the phone auto rotates them for viewing. If that is the case, rotate and save before uploading.
Disclaimer....I know nothing about iPhones but I have had it happen on other equipment.

i had the same issues
i download pics to desk top, drag into i-photo(use i-photo to rotate to correct position), then attach from i-photo(not from desktop or phone)
usually corrects the problem
& NO, I AINT GOT A CLUE AS TO WHY
