I just increased my total party to 4 because another couple who just got hammocks want to join. They are asking for days off from work. So I should know for sure if they are coming by the end of this week.
What do we need to bring in the way of food. I was planning on bringing for my wife and myself some backpacking food but looking at photos from past hangs I see some dutch oven cooking and it looks like it was for the group? Do I need to pitch in food or money?
This is my first group hang.

Great question.
On Saturday morning, (probably around 9:00), I'll have breakfast taco fixings for anyone who would like at my campsite, (drinks not included).
Saturday evening everyone comes together for a pot luck dinner at the site where we have our community camp fire. Bring any dish you like, just be sure to bring enough for the people with you and a couple more. (That's where you saw the Dutch ovens.)
For the rest of your meals, plan on being "self contained", in other words bring what you need and typically those are eaten at individual camp sites. Some bring backpacking food, others get creative cooking on camp stoves or their camp fires. Others too, may make a quick 10-15 min drive to town and grab a meal there.
Also, plan on your own drinks, plates, cups, utensils, etc.
Something else to bring to a group hang that you wouldn't take backpacking is a camp chair for hanging around the campfire.

Hey... If anyone has a ULA Ohm size large that they could bring, I want to try one on and check it out (see if I like the way it carries). I would appreciate it.
Thanks,

Sorry for all the posts, but the more housekeeping details worked out ahead of time, the more relaxed we can be in the woods.
If you have not reserved a site, have you made arrangements to share a campsite with someone who has posted a willingness to share?
Most sites are workable for a couple of hammocks, some for several, and a few are more appropriate for tents or hammock stands. Based on only 5 sites available as of this a.m., my recommendation is to contact someone on the spreadsheet who is willing to share and get that set soon, (there are 8 folks, according to my last look at the spreadsheet, who have reservations and are willing to share).
Once done, please update the doc, (or PM me and I'll update it for you) so those still looking will know where there is space.
