Sammy and I are planning another trip to West Clear Creek on the Maxwel Trail, for 8/9-8/11. Do some Hanging, Fishing and Exploreing the upper Canyon. Come on out, All are welcome. There are three so far.

Any specifics where are you folks meeting, can a vehicle drive to the trailhead, length of hike etc. interested looks like a lovely area.
Meet at maxwel Trailhead Friday morning or at camp at bottom of trail, easy to find. May need a trail vehicle if there are a couple of mud holes, they can be driven around

My son and I are very interested in joining you. I work in Phoenix until 5 on Friday so we would probably need to join you on Saturday morning. I'm wondering how that would work logistically. Any thoughts?
Should work fine, it's a slow and easy weekend. Radios on Chanel 7, camp will be easy to find, just down creek from the Maxwell trail. It's a short hike, but it is 700' down to creek. I think the group is up to 7 planing on attending, plenty of camp sites, we can just spread out. Should be a pretty diverse in gear to check out different camp styles.
