Well if we are admitting to unfinished project I am probably the worst person, so far.
I have a kayak, sitting in the middle of the living room, at least 4 quilt projects, a dress in the making, Blackberrys waiting to be cooked into a pie or muffins. Then there are three top quilts and two bottom quilts along with a white winter tarp, that is driving me crazy.
There is the car I am trying to rebuild, a bat house, two sewing machines I am trying to repair. Oh, the cart for my dog to pull so we can do some serious hiking.

My excuse is, well nothing. I have things I want to do that I am looking forward to doing. I can NEVER SAY I AM BORED. My mind is working and should continue to work as long as I have project.

Part of the key to living a long life is to have things to look forward to. I can not die yet I have too many unfinished projects. Oh I forgot about the two books I am trying to write. They really hog my time. I go sew to get way from the writing. LOL

Too funny, I was just talking about this with a friend today. I fealt like I had way too many irons in the fire!!! He (talking me off the ledge) stated that it's a good thing to have several different projects going on... When ya get burned out or frustrated with one, there's always the other there on the back burner waiting for some attention!

    current irons...
a JCP puffer UQ that i'm stalled on (pending picking up materials to finish it),
a tarp that I need to get back out to finish-up
trying to find the right aluminum foil for the wind-screen for my diy alki stove

i'm sure there's more, just not that I can think of atm...
It's not the glide in the ride, it's the swing in the sling...

I too am guilty of this unfinished projects list that never seems to end. I've gotten a few done in the last while but I soon tack on a couple to the end of the list and it never seems to end.
    As of now I've got:
    Finish DIY underquilt
Finish design and make a down pillow
Ridgline and straps for a skeeter beeter pro
    Make beef jerkey
    Dehydrate a few hiking meals
And make up a gear list for packing

    Off I go...

I would take the time to write out all the projects I have started and not completed, but that's just another thing distracting me from my work.. anyway, back to reading the DIY forums

I've got some marks out on the drive way for laying out my Christmas hammocks and a tarp but ...

It's so darn hot out there!
