What Cakes said - 409 has limited trees, more open space.
Hey Doodad did you get my RSVP for this one? I first thought I would not make it cause I had thought it was just a week from the Yates Place hang. Happy day when I realized they are a month + apart. I plan on being in Hot Springs.

Chigger, you're all set at 411.

Anyone want to hike a day or two beforehand?

Last year a few of us went from Max Patch to HS.

I am scheduled to work that weekend and I won't be able to take time off. I had an unexpected issue come up that required me to take a bunch of time off in July and some in August. It has seriously crimped the pocket book.
I will be with y'all in spirit though.

I will try to talk a few of my recently-hammock-converted friends into coming. Perhaps a few tantalizing tales from last year's hang will convince them. (Dance of the flaming Japanese Hornets anyone?)

I contributed a few bottles of Smokin Joe's Hazmat Hotsauce last year for the drawing and it was great fun watching folks sample and enjoy the pain. lol.

I'd like to continue the tradition of contributing to the give away. I will try to meet up with Fireinmybones before the event and send something with him. This ought to do it.

I will send along a jar so folks can sample it ahead of time and a few jars to be given away. I imagine one additional jar will be sufficient payment for FIMB to bring it and it will put some more FIRE in his bones. LOL

Sorry you won't be able to make it. The Mango Habanero Jelly sounds wonderful! I'll bring the cream cheese and crackers if you send a jar.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!
