Well how bout some more questions?

Do these insulate as easily as a bridge?

I guess one thing is: PeaPods and Polarpods probably work great with them, since same folks make both!

These are a brand that I never got around to trying, and I am feeling a dangerous level of curiosity.
    BB58,

The JRB under quilts, including the mt Washinton quilts, bolt right up... John and Darby sent us the original models to ensure a good fit includng tie out alignments.

And I agree with Dutch...They are a well kept secret... Superbly comfortable ...

Since I have two MW UQs, then that is good news for me and further encouragement for me to try one of these hammocks!

Donna here....from a very inexperienced hanger....I don't hang...but I have been in several different hammocks. If I had to get a hammock, the switchback it would be! I love the roominess...and a very well made hammock.

BTW...we do a modification to the switchbacks so the netting can be rolled up and stowed at the foot end of the hammock.

I have the dl switchback with I'm proud to say the rw mod from 2qzq. It's by far the easiest hammock to set up and super comfy. A little narrow for me. But once I found it ok to pushing the net with my feet all was good the mod is beautiful btw!

I have this net stowing mod on my Switchback and love it. The tarp is a TreetoTree 12' ridgeline sporting a set of 2QZQ doors on one end.
It's a perfect match for the 11' Switchback.

    Hi Donna,

That looks like a nice mod. If I got TTTG to ship you my hammock (if I buy one ), I am guessing you would be ok to ship it to me in Australia, once you have worked your magic?

    Hi Mr Ploppy,

Yes, we would be able to complete the mod and ship to Australia...not a problem!

    Thanks!

I too love my new Switchback 1.9 Classic. Slept like a dream at 4100' this weekend. This rig is sweet. Thanks for the posts on this hammock. Without the posts I'd never have found it.

A bit pricey but well worth the ducats IMO. If anyone needs to speak with Dale the phone worked best for me.
