Thumbs up First hang for my son and I

First hang at a campground in Reed City Michigan. Oldest son (Trail named Buzzsaw due to snoring ) and I had the site set up in time to avoid a light rain, and got a chance to enjoy our weekend. He has a 30 degree rated mummy bag and I had a very old (15-16 years) rectangle bag I carried as a scout and we stayed warm down to 48 degrees without any trouble. Only cold spots were my shoulders where the bag was not tall enough to cover them, and fingers which I'll resolve with some gloves (ordering a bag made in this decade today to resolve the shoulder issue )

Overall very pleased with our set up (other than maybe moving the boy to a different set of trees to cut down on the snoring volume )

First hang -- fantastic! Thanks for pics. Glad you all had fun. Ear plugs can also help with snoring.

Ordered this today (0 Degree Wide) to avoid problems encountered with the antique Coleman.

Scout Leader initial order price of 44.00 so should be pretty sweet

First hang AND new gear...... great times !! Welcome to the wonderful (and addicting) world of hammocking !!

Nice looking bag! I'm partial to stealthy colors

Let us know how the bag does for you when you get a chance to use it.
