I just had plans come up for Friday. So trying to see if I can still salvage the weekend for showing up Saturday for the day or staying sat to sun. I am not pleased !!
Plan on cooking and reheating. Too much to do and see to be slaving over a stove. Will add the 7 secret herbs and spices on site.
Hope it's windy. You know I can't sleep unless I hear a poly or tyvek tarp exploding in the middle of the night.yeah......i'll probably have my 14' hammock that i'll string up between two trees 10' apart. a new peanut foam underquilt and a blue H.F. tarp i'll loosely drap over my set up to annoy paul because it isn't taut.

Mentioned it to my friends, and now they are interested in coming along! Wife is working Saturday evening, so most likely won't drive back up. So count me for 3.5.
I will cook at home and reheat on site. My adventure will be the Mountain Man Breakfast preprepped but made on site. Chili is best reheated anyhow.

Really glad to hear the weather forecast!
I just got back from a 4 day canoe trip with major heavy rain for 21 hours straight and downright cold temps last night. My 40% set up was borderline but getting out of the hammock for pottie breaks was a killer.
I'll try to make sure that I set up right next door to whichever Dblcorona with a plastic overtarp because I discovered the hard way that my seam sealing skills need an upgrade with no time before now and then. I'll be lucky if I get it dry, never mind sealed again...sigh
I might just roll solo any word on if there is any good fishing in the lake?
