I decided to upgrade my cook kit with a caldera cone and ordered a snowpeak 900 set up from Trail Design. I got to thinking later that the only reason I was using the snow peak (which is a little to small for some of my meals) was because my solo stove nested in it. So I ordered a 1.3L all in one system (only 8oz for the entire cook kit). I sent a letter to trail designs asking that they cancel the origonal order, full expecting to have to eat the shipping fees to return it.
Rand got back to me that very night! He even went through the paperwork and did the refund in the next few minutes. Oh and did I mention that this all happens at 2:30 in the morning. (I'm a bit of a night owl)

I am now a life long costomer of Trail Designs.
