    Least Stretch, low stretch Hammock????

Wanting a net less, I do like my WBBB. Looking for suggestions born from personal experience, on hammocks with little stretch. I have one of the WOOT Yukon Doubles that is very comfortable but the darn thing has so much stretch, if I'm hanging low, which I usually do, the "bucket seat effect" is awesome. In fact it's about like trying to get my tail out of a Chinese finger trap. I'd rather just swing my legs out and step out without the tumbling show, not that it isn't entertaining. Need a 300lb + rated rig.

My BB is a dl 1.7 so I think that minimizes the problem. I'm sure the Traveler would be a nice choice, in 1.7 dl, but want to consider others as well.

Anyone use one of the Simply Light Designs cat cut hammocks?

Blue Oyster Cult jammin' at the fair tonight, oh yeah.

Was just looking over the sights at the SLD web site. The cat cuts look like they may curtail the "bucket seat" effect. Reading halfastronomicals posting, this hinders the longeability. I'd like to hear about the stretch and is it as flat (non dished) as the picture makes it look?

Mine doesn't seem to stretch but I went double 1.1 as the kiddo likes to climb in with me and like to stay within weight limits. I lounge in mine some but it isn't as loungable as my TLG was, though not bad I really like not having walls of fabric come up around me. I mostly picked this as I wanted a nice sleeper and something to nap in.

As for how flat that might be more of a personal preference of ridgeline length. Mine is a 9' which I prefer but being of the shorter type ~5'6" I have my ridgeline right about 90" though I am still tweaking it.

My first hammock, The Travel Hammock, now made by Grand Trunk was a low stretch hammock. I do not know if the GT version is the same. The Claytor hammocks are also very low stretch.

I really like them. Got a couple. No net and a regular. Both 1.1 singles.

Nice, got to get my shoulder all straightened out first before buying too many more toys. What color is the material on them? I really like that stealth brown you offer.

unfortunately the RR has a 250 MAX load. I was thinking about getting one and talked to Brandon about it. Apparently it has to do with the suspension style of the hammock itself and cant really be beefed up.

The HH Safari Deluxe covers your request, but it is a little heavy if your planing on backpacking. I'm currently using a Clark nx 250, which is awesome (if a little pricey). I'm (cough) over 300 lbs and I put all of my gear in the "under quilt", so far the only stretch has been in the tree or the whoopies. Also it the most comfortable "chair" Ive been in.
