SOLD:Patagonia Houdini Jacket, Brand New With Tags Men's Large Blue

I am selling this brand new Patagonia houdini men's large jacket in blue. It is brand new with tags, its actually still in the plastic bag it came in. never worn.

Reason for sale is I bought 2 sizes and I tried on the XL first, it fit me as I desired so the large has remained in the bag.

I have taken two photos of it to show color and tag details (if more are needed/desired I can snap more)

this is an awesome jacket, packs down very small and weighs next to nothing ( I believe its around 3 oz but don't quote me on that gram weenies :P )

I am asking 75 dollars shipped to any US address via priority mail with tracking. APO/FPO more than welcome, I also served

thanks for looking, give this great piece of gear a new home

How well do these jackets repel water? Would this make a good replacement to a Marmot Precip?

first i have no experience with the precip, but from its name I'll assume its a "rain coat" .

the houdini is not a "rain coat" , although it does have a proprietary patagonia DWR finish on it called Deluge I belive. water resistant is what I would call it.

best way i can describe it is it will keep you dry in a light rain, but will wet out as will most jackets in heavier and prolonged rain.

it is awesome in wind and/or light rain and on the cooler days on the trail. the hood has 2 cinch points which I like, as it keep it close so as not to be flapping around in the wind so much.

hope this helps you, and for the record i LOVE my patagonia houdini, very light and versatile jacket that only weighs a few oz's and packs down to the size of an energy bar.

this one has just been sitting around in the gear closet in its factory bag and I could use the money at this time, therefore I posted it up here. as I sort through my gear stash I'm sure I will find a few more items to part with as well. again need the funds now so some gear HAS to go.
