Hello All,
Long time reader. First time poster. Just saying eh.
I am fairly new to the Hammock scene. I purchased a Hennessy Expedition two season ago. I purchased it a few weeks before I was planning to use it for the first time. My backyard is treeless, so I set it up in my unfinished basement. Told the wife. "I am going to sleep down here for tonight", two weeks later I still had not returned to my bed upstairs. I was getting a better sleep in the hammock than in my own bed. Needless to say I was hooked. It has been with me on every backpacking trip since.
I have watched and read everything that I could find on the henessey. I am still using the tarp that comes with it. My only mod is using D-Rings and biners for the suspension.
After reading alot here, It has made me want to explore other options. I still have not decided which path to take as of yet. There are so many options.
I will keep this short.
