Alright I have a question, when people say their hammocks+ the suspension is that including the tree straps? Or just the woopies, ucrs or strap for descender rings?

My total Hammock weight (including straps, whoppies, R/L, bug net, stuff sack, toggles, and 1.1oz 132" x 68" hammock) is 1.3 lbs (20.8 oz)

My total tarp weight (including skins, guys and r/l cord, stakes, and 132" x 96" Cat cut Hex tarp) is 0.84 lbs (13.4 oz).

Total weight is 2.14 lbs. This is basically a 3 season set-up.

Suspension should always include tree straps since it is part of the suspension and needed to hang the hammock imo.. I have seen a few leave them out but most include them.

    Hmm... without insulation:

30.0 - WBBB 1.1 dbl with straps (with black diamond wiregate biners)
14.8 - WB MJ Tarp (including mini s-biners and guylines)
    2.75 - 6x aluminum Y stakes

I need new tree huggers before I add in that weight of the tree huggers obviously. So I'm assuming my hammock total weight will be around 26oz >_>
